We take the stress away of planning, decorating, gift bagging, catering and entertainment and take pride in giving you and your child(ren) the best, fun and memorable experience on their special day. We also provide for all celebrations, events and etc. We have multiple packages avaiable to meet your needs including the option of Private Parties. *each additional child is $15 + Tax

Package Details

  • Free admission for the party guests
  • Unlimited playtime in our play center for all guest on the day of the party
  • Use of private party room for 2 hrs (last ½ hr, staff will pack left over food in – zip lock bags, clean and sanitize the party room for you)
  • Complimentary party supplies (plain color plates, cups utensils and napkins)
  • One juice box or water bottle for the kids only
  • A personal party host for party set-up, clean-up, and help throughout your party.
  • One open play coupon for gift/goody bags (a little present from us to you to your guests)
  • Special gift for the birthday child
  • Socks and signed waiver are required for children and adults.
  • Reservations and 50% deposit are required.
  • Bring your own cake or cupcakes (No ice-cream cakes please).

*Party Families are welcome to bring their own food for the party but please NO NUTS.  We are a NUT FREE play facility.  You can also choose to order from our menu. Should you order $75 worth of food from our menu, all drinks (apple juice, fruit punch, water, soda, pop, coffee and tea) including kids and adults are complimentary.

Private parties are offered and can be scheduled at any available time

Food Policy

Other than Cakes and Cupcakes, cake cutter and candles, no outside food is permitted at the 424 Play Factory. A $75 food fee is applied if you wish to order food. Should your food order be more than $75, we will add it to your final payment of your party package.

Event and Party Guidelines

  • Booking parties /events contact Manager at 412-206-1209 by phone or text message; OR email to info@424playfactory.com (provide Contact Info, what type of party, and days of availability, reasonable time to confirm reservation)
  • Upon CONFIRMING Reservation – A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation; we accept all major credit cards or cash only
  • If you CANCEL your party:
    • 30 days before the party date – full refund
    • 29 to 8 days before the party date – no refund but you can reschedule to a future date, however rescheduling will not reset the 30 day refund period.
    • 7 days before the party date – no refund, no reschedule
  • Extra children than your package allows – you will pay $10 + tax per extra child $2 + tax per adult. Depending on the number of children attending and the initial package chosen, we will automatically upgrade your party if we think it will be financially beneficial to you.
  • Fewer children come – Package downgrades are not permitted on the day of the party, however you may certainly upgrade. We recommend booking at the bottom range of your expected guest count.
  • NO WALK-IN PARTIES, only booked and scheduled events
