424 Play Factory provides resources for children’s birthday parties. We take the stress away of planning, decorating, gift bagging, catering and entertainment and take pride in giving you and your child(ren) the best, fun and memorable experience on their special day. We also provide for all celebrations, events and etc. We have multiple packages available to meet your needs including the option of Private Parties.

Package Details

SMALL PARTY PACKAGE (Up to 16 People) – Party Room for 1 hour & 30 minutes

  • Great for kids ages 2-8 yrs old
  • Complimentary party supplies (basic solid color plates, cups utensils and napkins)
  • A personal party host for party set-up, clean-up, and help throughout your party.
  • One free return-play pass for the birthday child.
  • 50% deposit is required to reserve the party space.
  • Bring your own cake or cupcakes (No ice-cream cakes please).
  • 3 Pizzas (can pick between either Cheese OR Pepperoni – If not indicated up to 7 days before the party, the pizza provided will be cheese by default.)
  • 1 Pitcher of Fountain Drink with Unlimited Refills
  • Unlimited Pitchers of Water
  • Unlimited Coffee and Tea for Adults

MEDIUM PARTY PACKAGE (from 17 to 24 People) – Party Room for 1 hour & 30 minutes

Food Policy

Other than Cakes and Cupcakes, cake cutter and candles, no outside food is permitted at the 424 Play Factory to abide by CDC Guidelines.

 

Event and Party Guidelines

  • All parties must booked online at least 10-days before the desired party date.
  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve the party space. We accept all major credit cards.
  • If you CANCEL your party:
    • 30 days before the party date – full refund
    • 29 to 8 days before the party date – no refund but you can reschedule to a future date, however rescheduling will not reset the 30 day refund period.
    • 7 days before the party date – 50% deposit will be forfeited.
  • NO WALK-IN PARTIES, only booked and scheduled events.
  • Package Upgrades are welcome! A 7-day notice is required to upgrade from Small to Medium, Medium to Large, and Large to Private packages.
  • If Fewer guests come – package downgrades are not permitted on the day of the party. We recommend booking at the bottom range of your expected guest count.
  • If Extra guests attend than what your package allows – you will automatically be upgraded to the next party package.

Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to allow outside food. Through our certification from the Allegheny Board of Health, we cannot permit any outside food that we do not prepare or serve. The only exception is the party cake and/or cupcakes. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
